All earrings are handmade to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production.
First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Tracking is included for all orders.
All orders over $35 ship via First Class Mail for free.
All international shipping is calculated by weight.
Delivery times vary by country, please refer to individual tracking numbers.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me (in original packaging) within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me via email if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Orders containing more than one item will be shipped together, in the same box unless otherwise specified. If you are purchasing gifts for multiple people in a single transaction and would like separate boxes for each item, then please specify this in the notes section at the time of purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are available for wholesale accounts, or if it is a large personal bulk order (example: bridesmaid earrings set of 6).
